We are looking Experienced Fabrication Supervisor immediately joiners. The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with other departments, managing staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. Role & responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team. Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met. Monitor and maintain quality control standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow. Train and mentor new and existing staff. Identify and implement process improvements. Maintain records of production output and downtime. Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Proven supervisory experience. Strong understanding of fabrication processes and machinery. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
