The role is based in Nidadavole, with some work from home acceptable. The Drone Pilot will be responsible for piloting drones for various agricultural applications including spraying, mapping, and monitoring. Additionally, the Drone Pilot will conduct training sessions for aspiring pilots, maintain and service drones, and collaborate with the R&D team to develop custom drone solutions. Qualifications Drone Piloting and UAV skills Experience with agricultural drones and various applications such as spraying, mapping, and monitoring Ability to train aspiring drone pilots Knowledge in drone maintenance and servicing Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team DGCA-certified RPTO is preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
