Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Selection of various instruments, selection of panel box, Layout preparation with Autocad drawing Sales support by making panel cost estimation and BOM Responsible for PLC programming. Responsible for HMI/SCADA development. Responsible for Wiring of control panels. Responsible for Installation job Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting of control panels, AC and DC drives. Application Software PLC : AB-Rockwell Automation/ Siemens/Mitsubishi. Hands on Practical exposure: AB-Rockwell Automation/Siemens/Mitsubishi SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) Screen designing, PLC interface, Data collection & storage. Should have knowledge of PID controller. Should have knowledge of Analog operation. Should have knowledge of open loop control and close loop control. Interfacing knowledge with load cells, flow meters & various Sensors Understanding of working of hydraulic system and pneumatic control will be an added advantage.
