We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Connectivity Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our company's network infrastructure. The Network Connectivity Specialist will work closely with other IT professionals to maintain network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement solutions to enhance network reliability and efficiency. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely and effective manner. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any detected latency or packet loss. Perform routine network maintenance tasks to prevent potential connectivity issues. Collaborate with IT staff to identify and implement network improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users experiencing network-related problems. Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry best practices. Assist in the deployment of new network hardware and software. Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with network diagnostics tools and software. Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. _ Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely and effective manner.
