Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network). Define target audiences, set up custom audiences, and implement retargeting strategies. Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the creative team. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Ads Manager and other analytics tools. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies. Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions. Stay up to date with industry trends, Meta platform changes, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, analytics) to align ad strategy with business goals. Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective spend allocation. Generate and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or similar role in digital advertising. Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Facebook Pixel implementation. Proficient in ad funnel strategy, lookalike audience creation, and lead generation tactics. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimization decisions. Creative mindset with a strong grasp of visual and written communication. Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation industries is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills. [Optional] Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Familiarity with other paid media platforms (TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn) is a bonus.
