Job Title: Marketing Executive Location:- Multiple locations all over India Salary: - As per Experience Job Summary: The Sale Executive in the Solid Waste Management industry is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities related to waste collection, recycling, disposal, and sustainability initiatives. The role involves building strategic partnerships, engaging with government agencies and private sector clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative waste management solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and hazardous waste management. Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential clients, including government bodies, corporations, and commercial establishments. Develop and execute sales strategies to secure contracts and service agreements. Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders for waste management projects. 2. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities (municipal corporations, environmental agencies), private sector clients, and NGOs. Engage with customers to understand their waste management needs and propose customized solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and work on long-term partnerships. 3. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in waste management. Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to develop innovative and sustainable waste management solutions. 4. Contract & Proposal Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with clients. Draft and review proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. 5. Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Initiatives: Stay updated on environmental regulations, waste disposal laws, and sustainability policies. Promote sustainable waste management practices, including recycling, waste-to-energy, and circular economy models. Collaborate with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) teams to align business development with sustainability goals. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Waste Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in the fabrication, manufacturing, waste management or environmental services industry. Experience in dealing with municipal corporations, industrial clients, or sustainability-driven businesses is a plus. Key Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing, waste management regulations, recycling processes, and sustainability trends. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Find out clients & sales our machines to clients.
