Job Description

Robust Healthcare Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Health Claim Coordinator – Telecaller Verification. This role involves coordinating with patients and hospitals to verify health insurance claims and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Fresh graduates who have good communication skills and are interested in healthcare claim verification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients and hospitals to verify hospitalization and health insurance claim details.
• Confirm treatment details and check whether the treatment information is consistent with the available records and applicable guidelines.
• Prepare clear and detailed verification reports.
• Ensure cases are completed within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Follow company procedures and established verification guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and case documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients, hospital staff, and internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, English, or other regional languages.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Candidates must be local residents of Mumbai.
