Location: Kurla – Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | General Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a business developement executive with good English communication skills to handle client calls, follow-ups, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to clients.

• Convert leads into sales.

• Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships.

• Answer basic queries and coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain call records and client details in MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).

• Minimum 1.5 years of telecalling/BPO experience.

• Good spoken English is a must.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Hindi and Marathi are an advantage.

• Candidates based in Mumbai, preferably the Eastern Suburbs, are preferred.

Salary

As per experience and depend on previous salary.
