Job Description: Journal Paper Writing & Publication Support (All Departments)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide end-to-end support for scholars and researchers in preparing and publishing academic papers across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and structure manuscripts for high-impact journals.
• Ensure papers meet journal-specific formatting and publication guidelines.
• Handle the complete submission process to reputed national and international journals.
• Address reviewer comments and manage revisions for successful publication.
• Provide plagiarism checks and ensure proper citation standards (APA, IEEE, etc.).
• Guide researchers on enhancing originality, clarity, and technical quality.
• Track submission status and follow up until final publication.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in academic and technical writing.
• Familiarity with Scopus, SCI, WoS, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, and other reputed journals.
• Knowledge of research methodology and multi-disciplinary topics.
• Experience in handling end-to-end journal publication processes.
• Proficiency in reference management tools (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero).
• Excellent communication and editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
