We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of industrial and mineral products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in the industrial or mineral sector, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and mineral product markets. Manage and grow existing key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions with clients. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management. Travel frequently across regions to meet clients, attend trade events, and explore new markets. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal). Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and reporting tools . Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
