We are scaling rapidly and seeking experts who can manage complex global logistics with precision and ownership. Role Summary The Logistics Manager will oversee global logistics operations from material dispatch in China and India to project sites in Africa. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of all equipment while coordinating with purchase, engineering, and project teams. Role & responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end logistics from supplier to project site. Coordinate shipments from China & India, including freight booking, customs clearance, and insurance. Supervise warehousing operations in India; make sure dispatch to Africa is timely. Build and maintain relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Track shipment timelines, logistics costs, and KPIs. Resolve bottlenecks in transport, documentation, or port handling proactively. Align logistics schedules with project timelines in coordination with procurement and project managers. Ensure compliance with trade, import/export, and customs regulations. Take ownership of assorted day-to-day tasks, including coordination and liaison with suppliers, vendors, and external partners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business. 5 to 10 years of experience managing international logistics or project shipping (preferably renewable/EPC sector). Deep knowledge of Incoterms, freight, warehousing, and customs processes. Strong communication and vendor coordination skills. Advanced Excel and familiarity with logistics tracking software.
