Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development, closing sales, and achieving quarterly quotas. Additional duties involve maintaining and expanding the database of prospects and collaborating with team members to develop effective campaigns. In this role at JIFFY.ai, you will be an Application Support Engineer responsible for ensuring operational excellence across customer-facing applications and backend services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first responder for production issues raised by customers or monitoring systems. - Troubleshooting full-stack issues involving UI, APIs, backend microservices, and AWS cloud services. - Participating in incident response, managing escalations, and contributing to root cause analysis and documentation. - Coordinating with engineering and DevOps teams to deploy fixes and enhancements. - Maintaining and improving runbooks, knowledge base articles, and system health dashboards. - Supporting and monitoring application performance, uptime, and health using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenSearch. - Proactively detecting patterns of recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions or automation. - Assisting in post-deployment validations, including environment-specific configurations. - Enforcing budget controls per tenant/app based on customer SLAs and usage. - Conducting routine audits of access controls, backup jobs, application logs, alerting, and data retention. - Supporting app-level backup validation and DR drills, ensuring recovery objectives are met. - Monitoring and enforcing availability targets in line with contractual SLAs. - Ensuring change control processes are followed during critical deployments and rollback scenarios. - Collaborating in compliance reviews and audit readiness, maintaining proper operational evidence. Qualifications Required: Must-Have Skills: - 2-3 years of experience in application support, cloud operations, or site reliability roles. - Experience debugging issues in microservices written in Go, Java, Node.js, or Python. - Strong understanding of web protocols such as HTTP/S, REST APIs, JSON. - Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, IAM, ALB, and VPC. - Competence in Linux system administration, CLI-based debugging, and basic networking. - Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, CloudWatch. - Excellent problem-solving and incident resolution skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for reporting, documentation, and escalation handling.
