Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher) Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Any discipline) About the Role: We are looking for smart, driven freshers who are passionate about building careers in HR & recruitment. This role will give you hands-on experience in hiring, candidate engagement, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions and industries. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment processes across functions. Source and identify potential candidates using job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls to assess fitment and interest. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily/weekly reports. Post job descriptions on platforms and manage applicant responses. Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent candidate experience. Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events (as required). Role Objective Own last-mile demand creation through high-impact BTL and on-ground activations across Direct Sales and Channel Partner ecosystems. The role is accountable for lead generation, conversion support, and ROI from field initiatives.
