Jewelry Assistant

As a Jewellery Assistant at Festivals from India's client, Saffronart, you will be responsible for supporting the jewellery team in various tasks including cataloguing, conducting condition checks, and handling administrative duties for both Saffronart and StoryLTD. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of jewellery experience, possess jewellery knowledge or a GIA certification, demonstrate fluency in English, exhibit strong organizational abilities, show proficiency in MS Office, and have a commitment to meeting deadlines. The compensation for this role will be based on your experience. Key Responsibilities: - Cataloguing jewellery pieces accurately. - Conducting thorough condition checks on jewellery items. - Handling various administrative duties for Saffronart and StoryLTD. Qualifications Required: - A degree in any field is mandatory. - Preferably 2 to 4 years of previous experience in jewellery. - Possession of a GIA certification (AJP, Graduate Diamonds, Graduate Colored Stones) will be advantageous. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. - Ability to collaborate effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Openness to flexible work hours when needed. - Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. - Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
