Jewellery Field Marketing & Business Development Executive

Aksara Jewellers is looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to support BTL activities, customer acquisition, local marketing campaigns, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities
• Support promotional campaigns, apartment activations, and local outreach programs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives
• Build relationships with customers and business networks
• Conduct market visits and collect customer insights
• Support business development and brand awareness activities
• Maintain activity reports and update management regularly

Requirements:

• PUC / Graduate preferred
• Experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales, BTL Activities, or Customer Engagement preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

Language Requirements:
