Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Prepare financial statements (balance sheet finalization), income tax returns (IT Returns), TDS returns, GST returns, and ESIC/EPF filings.Oversee payroll processing, including salary preparation and statutory compliance.Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain accurate records of all transactions.Desired Candidate Profile5-10 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in SAP Business One.M.Com degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred but not mandatory.Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Income Tax Act 1962, Goods & Services Tax Act 2017.
