Jaya Hind Industries Private Limited (part of the Dr. Abhay Firodia Group of Companies),established in 1947, is one of the first companies in India to start manufacturing of Aluminum die-castings in 1964. JHI is one of India’s largest and most trusted, end-to-end solution provider for aluminium castings for global and domestic OEMs today. Jaya Hind Industries is a fully vertically integrated company with world class tool manufacturing capabilities and downstream machining facilities. It has one of the largest in-house tool design and manufacturing set ups in the Indian die-casting industry. JHI has manufacturing facilities at Akurdi and Urse in Maharashtra, at Chennai in Tamil Nadu and another unit near Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Recently, JHI acquired an Automotive Component manufacturing business, LMG Manufacturing GmbH, located in East Germany to cater to High Precision Electro Mobility Parts for its European customers. Jaya Hind Industries also has a Technical Licensing Agreement with KS-Huayu for development and manufacturing of Cylinder Blocks and Structural parts in India. JHI’s customer base consists of world renowned OEMs like BMW, Volkswagen, Cummins, Ford, PSA, Daimler, Volvo, Renault Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, ISUZU, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Bosch, to name a few. Jaya Hind Industries is the only company to have won the “Best Foundry in India – Large Sector” Award instituted by the Association of Aluminum Die-casters and Equipment Manufacturers of India six times, viz., 2008, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2022.
