Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, located in Lucknow, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will interact with clients, manage sales activities, and build customer relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, closing sales, maintaining records, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The role also involves showcasing strong product knowledge and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and closing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships Organizational and time management skills for maintaining sales records and meeting targets Basic proficiency in digital tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Adaptability to hybrid work settings and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Customer service experience and a proactive mindset are advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
