Java/Python Trainer

RR Group of Institutions (RRGI) is looking for an experienced Java/Python Trainer to join our Training & Placement Department for the 2025–26 academic session.

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contractual (based on expertise & availability)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java/Python Trainer to train B.Tech (CSE & IT) students in programming, web development, and emerging technologies. The trainer will design and deliver structured, industry-relevant training programs, mentor students, conduct assessments, and prepare them for real-world technical challenges and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training on Python, Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and core IT concepts.
• Develop and update training materials, coding exercises, project assignments, and presentations.
• Conduct interactive lab sessions and provide timely resolution of student queries.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, hackathons, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously upgrade training modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in a development role.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or Java programming.
• Core knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Prior experience in teaching/training technical subjects (Java, Python, DSA, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
• Passion for mentoring students and preparing them for placements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
