Must Have
Experience in Automation testing using Selenium Web Driver Java Sprinboot BDD TestNG API Rest Assured libraries Experience in using Page object model Automation frameworks Experience in framework understanding reporting and debugging Experience in Continuous integration using Jenkins pipeline Experience in code versioning using GITHUB BitBucket Needs to be able to write good code in Java 8 and exhibit a solid understanding of OOP concepts and principles Hands on with Building Automation Scripts Execution Results analysis Defect reporting etc Knowledge on coding standards Building automation tests using BDD framework in Gherkins format and or TestNG Experience with basic ideas concepts and practices of build tools and CI CD Experience in Functional Regression and UI testing of Web applications Experience in API testing using Postman SOAP UI for Web services testing Able to write SQL queries UNIX commands Solid written and verbal communication skills

Good to have
Understanding on using Apache POI libraries Experience in test planning and test strategy Good Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Agile Devops Extensive grasping power to emerging technologies Curiosity to research and analysis of Test automation tools conducting POCs using open source tools and preparing implementation plan Innovative Inspire and motivate other team members to do the same

Roles and Responsibilities
Understand the Requirements design Test Plan share estimates Prepare test scenarios and create test data Identify Test Cases to automate and prepare automation plan Regularly run Regression test suite review and share test results log defects Maintain existing automation scripts and add new scripts Test applications end to end demonstrate the test results to BA Business Test requirements depending on timeline of the project Co ordinate with multiple teams to ensure that they work on the same goal Attend daily meetings or discussion Mandatory certificate ISTQB Agile tester
