Java Tech Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and delivering tasks according to the provided scope by the manager. You will actively engage in discussions and scrum meetings to understand your work scope and meet your estimates/commitments. When needed, you should proactively seek assistance from others and independently work on assigned tasks. Additionally, you will oversee a team of mentors and evaluate their performance. The key requirements for this position include extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework, strong skills in writing complex SQL queries and working with DB2 databases, and hands-on experience with AWS services for application deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, maintaining code quality and organization, and automating processes are also crucial responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation in DB2 databases, as well as leverage AWS services such as EC2 and Lambda for application enhancement and deployment. Participation in code reviews, contributing to team knowledge sharing, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are essential aspects of this role.
