Java Senior Developer/Project Lead Business Analyst

As a Senior Software Developer in our company, your role will involve reviewing codes developed by junior developers and recommending improvements to ensure high-quality software development. You will be responsible for code optimization and coding complex algorithms based on the Functional Specification Document (FSD) provided. Additionally, you will play a key role in designing data models for specific modules. Key Responsibilities: - Review codes developed by junior developers - Recommend improvements for code quality - Optimize code for better performance - Code complex algorithms - Understand FSD and translate it into requirements - Help in designing data models for specific modules Qualifications Required: - Degree in IT or BE in any faculty - SCJP or SCJA certified - High level competence in Core Java, JDBC, and J2EE technologies - Exposure to ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, EJB3.0 is a must - Exposure to at least 1 RIA technology, preferably Vaadin, GWT - Knowledge of database programming, such as stored procedures, functions, etc., would be an added advantage This position offers you the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team of developers, and enhance your skills in software development.
