As a Java Developer with experience in microservices deployment, automation, and system lifecycle management (including security and infrastructure management), you will be responsible for configuring and bootstrapping services using the Go CLI, developing and maintaining Go workflow templates for automating Java-based microservices, managing service upgrades and applying Docker-based patches, implementing OS-level patches, ensuring controlled deployments and rollbacks, configuring network and security settings, managing appliance users, optimizing scalability and performance, and automating lifecycle workflows to support service deployment, patching, and rollback. In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of data and machine learning models to identify insights and areas for improvement, develop and implement models using classical machine learning techniques and modern deep learning approaches, deploy machine learning models into production with robust MLOps practices, fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), optimize models for performance and latency, and collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions. To be successful in this position, you should have experience utilizing statistical techniques to derive insights and trends, developing machine learning models using classical and neural networks approaches, understanding LLM architecture and fine-tuning techniques, proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries, strong debugging and optimization skills, familiarity with data formats and processing tools, experience with transformer-based models and the Hugging Face ecosystem, and bonus points for experience with MLOps tools, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, containerization, and distributed training techniques. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and agents in a professional setting.
