Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database technologies, along with experience leading a team of developers. The candidate will be responsible for technical solution design, code quality, development standards, mentoring team members, and delivering projects within defined timelines.

Technical Skills:

• 815 years

  of hands-on

  Java

  development experience, including

  technical leadership

  and team mentoring.
• Strong proficiency in

  Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

• Experience in

  RESTful APIs, microservices, design patterns, and software architecture.

• Strong understanding of clean code, coding standards, unit testing, and application performance.
• Practical experience with

  AI-first development methodologies and AI-assisted software engineering

  .
• Proven ability to lead developers, conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and drive delivery.
• Excellent

  problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Description:

• Lead and mentor dev team members, provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive technical design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Promote AI-first development practices using AI tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.
• Oversee REST API and microservices development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness
