Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. Your responsibilities will include handling technical escalations, providing product support and resolution to clients, building people capability, and maintaining superior customer service levels.
