Java Full Stack Developer - React.js/Spring Boot

Role Overview : As a Mid-Senior Java Fullstack Developer, you will work on both the backend and frontend of our applications, bridging the gap between user experience and server-side functionality. You will collaborate with product teams, designers, and other developers to create smooth, intuitive user interfaces backed by robust and secure server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Development : Build and maintain fullstack applications with Java on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend. - API Integration : Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend components. - Frontend Development : Create responsive, intuitive UIs using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Backend Development : Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. - Performance Optimization : Ensure high performance and scalability across the stack, including database interactions and client-side rendering. - Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Collaboration : Work closely with designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. - Continuous Improvement : Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on Java-based backend development. - Proficiency in Java 8+ and backend frameworks like Spring Boot. - Strong experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs like Hibernate/JPA. - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and improving. - Effective communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have : - Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud deployment strategies. - Agile/Scrum development experience.
