Java Full Stack Developer (3-8 Years)

Role Overview

Java Full Stack Developers

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy

    end-to-end web applications

    using Java and modern frontend frameworks
  • Develop

    RESTful APIs and microservices

    using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Build dynamic, responsive UI components using

    Angular / React / Vue.js

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data modeling and persistence
  • Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Participate in

    code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Support application debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution
  • Adhere to Infosys delivery standards, quality processes, and compliance requirements

Required Technical Skills

Backend Technologies

  • Strong proficiency in

    Java (Java 8 or above)

  • Experience with

    Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

  • Hands-on with RESTful Web Services and Microservices architecture
  • Good understanding of

    Hibernate / JPA

Frontend Technologies

  • Proficiency in

    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  • Experience in

    Angular / React / Vue.js

    (any one mandatory)
  • Familiarity with responsive design and UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.)

Cloud & Others (Good to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (

    AWS / Azure / GCP

    )
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
