Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team to work on an exciting IT project.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Development & Implementation - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. - Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

2. Technical Leadership - Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.

3. Collaboration - Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection for the project.

4. Maintenance & Optimization - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. - Ensure proper integration of security measures and compliance standards. --- Technical Skills Required: - Front-End Development: - Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Back-End Development: - Expertise in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Java. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is Must. - Database Management: - Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis). - Tools & Platforms: - Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Other Skills: - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools like Selenium. --- Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities .
