Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer to join our team for an opportunity with Jio. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding skills and experience in developing scalable backend applications, microservices, multithreading, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications.
• Implement multithreading and concurrency concepts for high-performance applications.
• Work on Java I/O, networking, JVM internals, and memory management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
• Good experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency.
• Knowledge of Java I/O and Networking.
• Understanding of JVM internals, Garbage Collection, and Memory Management.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform hands-on coding assessments.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5–10 years of relevant Java development experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Core Java and backend development.
• Candidates should be comfortable with technical interviews and live coding assessments.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or a related field are preferred.

Note: Compensation will be based on current CTC, interview performance, and relevant experience. Salary revision of approximately 20% is targeted, with flexibility up to 30% for suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
