Java Developer Intern

As a member of the technical Leadership team, you will collaborate to conceive, design, and bring innovative solutions and services to the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating solutions for running predictions on distributed systems using cutting-edge technologies at incredible scale and speed. - Debugging, understanding, and enhancing functional capabilities to meet client needs. - Building scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost, and easily manageable/useable distributed storage, index, and query systems. - Designing and coding solutions for broadly defined problems. - Working in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software. - Utilizing your experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases. - Applying optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization. - Effectively articulating technical challenges and solutions. - Handling ambiguous or undefined problems with the ability to think abstractly. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1 year of total work experience preferred. - 1 year of experience in Java and JSP preferred. - Java certification preferred.
