Job Description

Position : Senior Java Backend Developer Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience : 5+ Years (Individual Contributor) Experience Requirements : Senior professional with over 5 years of hands-on development experience , primarily in Java . Must currently be functioning as an Individual Contributor , actively owning and delivering technical modules. Should demonstrate strong knowledge of past and present projects, showcasing debugging and problem-solving skills. Technical Requirements : Backend Development : Expertise in Java and related technologies such as Spring/Spring Boot . Open to Full Stack Developers with strong backend proficiency. Minimal experience in Golang(Minimum of 3 months - an year) Computer Science Fundamentals : Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles In-depth knowledge of data structures (e.g., when to use HashMap vs Tree Map, etc.). Familiarity with how the internet works and how services communicate in a microservices environment. Java Proficiency : Strong grasp of Java core concepts . Experience with concurrency , collections , and fundamental programming constructs. Knowledge of topics like Garbage Collection , access specifiers , static variables , hashing , interfaces , abstract classes , and the difference between Set and Map . Behavioral Traits : Excellent communication skills ability to clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and technical decisions. A strong learning mindset and willingness to upskill in new technologies like Golang .
