As a Production Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the team, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations as per SLA and quality requirements - Timely escalate unresolved issues to TA & SES - Provide product support and resolution to clients by guiding them through step-by-step solutions - Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly and professional manner - Offer alternative solutions to retain customers and clients" business - Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations - Follow up with customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLAs - Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels - Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge - Collate trainings to bridge skill gaps identified through interviews - Develop and conduct trainings within products for Production Specialists - Inform clients about the trainings being conducted - Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features - Enroll in product-specific and other trainings per client requirements/recommendations - Identify and document common problems and recommend resolutions to the team - Update job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks - 7 to 11 years of experience in Java, Spring boot, Kafka, Kotlin, MongoDB, GCP or similar technologies - Strong technical skills in Java, Springboot, Kafka, MongoDB, Cloud - Ability to manage technical escalations, provide product support, and conduct trainings - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in mentoring and developing team members - Strong commitment to operational excellence and customer service Join Wipro, a company focused on digital transformation and reinvention.
