We are currently seeking an experienced Java Back-end Developer to join our talented engineering team and work on cutting-edge solutions. Role Overview: As a Java Back-end Developer lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back end systems, focusing on Java Micro-services architecture. You will work on building scalable and high-performance applications, integrating with REST APIs, and deploying solutions on AWS. You will also be expected to implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Java-based back-end services and applications using Spring Boot and Java Micro-services . Build and expose Restful APIs for front-end integration and communication. Develop, test, and maintain scalable micro-services applications with a focus on high availability and performance. Work with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for cloud-based deployments. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git-lab CI, or AWS Code-pipeline to streamline development and deployment processes. Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless application performance. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize back-end services for performance and scalability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java with solid experience in Java 8+ . Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and building Micro-services architecture. Proven experience working with REST APIs and understanding of web services protocols. Experience with AWS and various cloud-native services. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git-Lab CI, AWS Code-pipeline). Good understanding of database technologies (SQL, No-SQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Knowledge of version control using Git and familiarity with GitHub, Git-Lab, or Bit-bucket. Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms, especially AWS . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes . Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture . Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
