Job Description

Job Title: Java Backend Developer Location: Chennai, Hyderabad Experience : 4-7 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot microservices , SQL development , and hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage , and Pub/Sub . You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and data-driven services. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) Implement and maintain microservices-based architecture Develop and consume RESTful APIs Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Java (8 or above) Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security Solid understanding of microservices architecture and patterns Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) Familiarity with Docker , version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
