Commis 2 assists in food preparation and basic cooking under the guidance of senior chefs. The role includes preparing mise-en-place, following recipes and instructions during service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, proper storage of food items, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations as per FSSAI standards.
