Role & responsibilities Guest Services: Greet, welcome, and register guests; provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions; address concerns and requests. Reservations & Check-In/Out: Manage bookings, assign rooms, issue keys, prepare bills, process payments (cash/card), and handle check-outs. Communication: Operate multi-line phones, answer inquiries, forward calls, take messages, and liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance). Administrative: Maintain organized front desk, update guest records in hotel management software, handle mail, and perform data entry. Sales & Upselling: Promote additional hotel services, facilities, and special offers to guests. Problem Solving: Calmly and professionally resolve guest issues and complaints. Preferred candidate profile any degree or diploma, with decent proficiency in English and hands on in using computers.
