ImportExport & Trade Accounting Accounting of imports, exports, freight, insurance, customs duty, clearing & forwarding charges . Reconciliation of shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, BOE, shipping bill). Accounting & Financial Management Maintain complete books of accounts including sales, purchases, inventory, and general ledger . Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements . Handle costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports for export/import transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable , including overseas parties. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST (exports under LUT, zero-rated supplies, refunds) . Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, refunds) . Handle TDS compliance and returns . Support statutory, tax, and internal audits. Banking, Forex & Documentation Manage LCs, BGs, export packing credit (PCFC), and bill discounting . Monitor foreign currency transactions and exchange rate impact. Reconcile bank statements and foreign remittances . Ensure FEMA and RBI compliance for inward and outward remittances. MIS & Reporting Prepare MIS reports , cash flow statements, and working capital analysis. Support management with budgeting and forecasting . Ensure timely reporting and financial controls. Desired Candidate Profile Experience Mandatory experience in ImportExport / Trading / Logistics companies . Hands-on experience with GST, customs, and forex transactions . Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of GST, customs duty, export documentation . Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Excel / Odoo / SAP Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. We are a fast-growing organization preparing for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) . As part of our growth journey, we are strengthening our compliance, governance, and regulatory framework and are looking for a dynamic Company Secretary to support IPO readiness and post-listing compliance. Key Responsibilities IPO & Regulatory Compliance Assist in IPO preparation activities , including coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and registrars. Support in drafting and reviewing DRHP/RHP , prospectus disclosures, and regulatory filings. Ensure compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations , Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws. Assist in implementation of corporate governance frameworks as per SEBI LODR requirements. Secretarial & Statutory Functions Conduct and manage Board, Committee, and Shareholders Meetings . Draft agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and action-taken reports. Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges . Ensure timely filing of forms, returns, and disclosures. Corporate Governance & Advisory Assist in formulating policies such as Code of Conduct, Insider Trading Policy, Whistleblower Policy, etc. Monitor compliance with listing and disclosure norms . Provide guidance to management on secretarial and corporate law matters. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and LODR . Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Proactive, ethical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
