Requirement of skills :- An IT Engineer requires a blend of strong technical understanding and robust soft skills, including strategic planning, project management, budget management, cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. They must effectively manage IT resources, implement technology, oversee infrastructure, and align technology initiatives with business objectives, all while adapting to new trends and managing potential risks. Role & Responsibilities :- Strategic Planning & Management : Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with organizational goals. Budgeting & Resource Allocation : Manage IT budgets and allocate resources for projects and initiatives. Project Oversight : Lead and oversee technology projects, from selection to implementation. IT Infrastructure Management : Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Data Security : Implement and enforce policies to ensure the security of data and IT systems. Team Leadership : Build, manage, and lead a high-performing IT team. Vendor & Partner Relations : Foster relationships with technology vendors and partners to secure necessary solutions and support. Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT solutions with business objectives. Technical Support : Provide technical support to employees and other departments when necessary. Innovation & Trends : Stay current with technological advancements and identify new opportunities for the company. Work Area : Will have to work in ERP based software (HR, STORE, PPC, RAW MATERIAL, WARE HOUSE MANAGEMENT & etc.)
