Role & Responsibilities :- Strategic Planning & Management : Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with organizational goals. Budgeting & Resource Allocation : Manage IT budgets and allocate resources for projects and initiatives. Project Oversight : Lead and oversee technology projects, from selection to implementation. IT Infrastructure Management : Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Familiarity with quality standards, technical drawings, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently and precisely are also important. Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods and good manual dexterity. Role & Responsibilities :- Take proper handover from previous shift (Defects, machine issues, changes, etc.) Collect and verify Inspection Reports and SPC Reports part-wise. Ensure gauges and instruments are available and report any issues to the QC Leader. Attend daily QC and rejection meetings. Review control plans, drawings, specifications to understand quality requirements. Inspect parts using proper instruments (caliper, micrometer, profile projector, etc.) Visual inspection as per sampling plan (Green Bin). Reject defective products and inform the QC Leader or responsible authority. Cut-section inspection as per requirement. Maintain inspection records, measurement data, and NCR documentation. Participate in problem solving and suggest improvements for quality and efficiency. Select random samples from batch and inspect for quality level assessment. Train new QC inspectors. Additional Responsibilities (For QC Leader / First Piece Approver) :- First Piece Approval and maintaining related records (including job changeover sheet). Conduct daily QC meetings and present previous days rejection/issues. Resolve and arrange for gauge/instrument-related issues or tool setting. Guide line inspectors and operators on quality procedures and practices. Approve or reject suspected/hold lots and escalate when necessary. Monitor and verify SPC updates, machine history cards, setup-wise drawings. Do data analysis of defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure that all quality records are complete, accurate, and updated timely. Promote safety and compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams for quality improvements.
