Key Responsibilities 🔹 Drive sales of food ingredients and additives to B2B clients. 🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities across bakery, dairy, beverages, confectionery, snacks, and nutraceutical sectors. 🔹 Provide technical support and application guidance —including product development, trials, and troubleshooting. 🔹 Deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and client training sessions. 🔹 Collaborate with R&D and application teams to create customized client solutions . 🔹 Gather and analyse market insights (competition, pricing, customer trends). 🔹 Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. 🔹 Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. 🔹 Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars. Qualifications & Skills ✅ Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. ✅ Experience: 2–5 years in technical sales or business development (food ingredients, additives, or nutraceuticals preferred). ✅ Solid knowledge of food formulations, applications, and industry regulations (FSSAI, Codex, etc.). ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ✅ Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. ✅ Willingness to travel extensively.
