Manage manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and training to achieve optimal productivity levels. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Jaggery Production or similar industry. Strong understanding of Khandsari Production processes and ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent knowledge of Quality Standards and Yield Improvement techniques. Proven track record of improving productivity while maintaining high-quality products.
