We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of jewelry products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Services Client Relationship Management Inventory Management Sales Targets Operational Duties Brand Representation Key Skills and Qualifications : Experience: Minimum of 3 years in jewelry sales or retail sales experience Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of jewelry types, precious metals, stones, and current trends. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively. Technology: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills. Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Candidates only from Jewellery Sales background will be preferred. Others will be rejected automatically.
