Track and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets through quality closures. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry dynamics. Mandatory Requirements: 7+ years of proven business development experience in IT Staffing & Outsourcing (C2H/Permanent/Project-Based). Strong client network, preferably with mid to large-scale IT companies. Excellent understanding of technical requirements, skillsets, and sourcing strategies. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work from office full-time (HSR Layout) and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Should be a self-starter with a strong ownership mindset Good to Have: Exposure to international clients or global staffing models. Ability to bring a client base or active leads is highly preferred.
Role & responsibilities Design and build autonomous agents to support various phases of STLC including test planning, test case generation, execution, defect triaging, and reporting. • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services Google ADK, with a strong focus on Vertex AI, Agent-based architectures (e.g., Agent Engine), and scalable cloud-native deployment models. • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks in software testing. • Integrate agents with CI/CD pipelines and test management platforms. • Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage and efficiency. • Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with data governance standards. Required Qualifications • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI. • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, GDK, and other Google Cloud AI tools. • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. • Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
