As a spiritually aware travel expert with a deep understanding of offline travel operations in the religious travel industry, your role at DharmikVibes, India's leading SpiritualTech platform, will involve designing, pricing, and executing premium and customized pilgrimage itineraries. You will focus on destinations such as Kashi (Varanasi), Ayodhya, Ujjain, Mathura, Tirupati, Puri, Haridwar, Nashik, Rameswaram, Dwarka, Kedarnath, and more. Your key responsibilities will revolve around creating spiritually immersive offline itineraries tailored for individual travelers, families, groups, HNIs, and NRIs. This will include offering premium features like private darshans, trusted spiritual guides (DharmikGuides), concierge-style ritual coordination, Satvik dining experiences, and comfortable logistics for elderly devotees. In addition to itinerary design, you will be tasked with developing pricing models that balance affordability with spiritual value, negotiating partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and temple bodies, and maintaining multiple tiers of pilgrimage packages. Building and managing a strong network of offline partners in spiritual hubs across India will be crucial, ensuring access to rituals, accommodations, local experiences, and cultural highlights for travelers. Operational excellence will be key, requiring smooth management of airport/train pickups, temple visits, ritual execution, elderly and NRI assistance, and last-mile logistics. Collaboration with product, tech, and AI teams is essential to digitize offline plans into online bookable journeys, providing insights for continuous improvement of platform offerings and itinerary recommendations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in offline travel planning, preferably in religious or pilgrimage travel, with a strong background in destination knowledge, costing, supplier negotiation, and itinerary curation. Your customer-obsessed mindset, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus), passion for spiritual travel, and ability to build strong relationships with vendors, temples, and local operators are vital traits.
