Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Bidding Specialist located in Haldwani. The Online Bidding Specialist will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing projects on various online freelancing or bidding platforms. Daily responsibilities include crafting compelling project proposals, researching client requirements, analyzing project scope, communicating with clients, and maintaining professional relationships. The specialist will also monitor bidding outcomes, provide insights for process improvements, and ensure targets are achieved effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with clients and draft persuasive proposals. Analytical skills for evaluating business opportunities and understanding project requirements. Proficiency in conducting Research to identify potential clients and projects on online bidding platforms. Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members on effective bidding strategies. Familiarity with online freelancing platforms and prior experience in project bidding or client acquisition. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
