Our client, a fast-growing Australian enterprise undergoing digital transformation, is seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior PowerApps / Power Automate Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade business applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, deep experience with PowerApps and Power Automate, and the ability to integrate with third-party platforms like Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Encodian. You will play a key role in shaping solution architecture, mentoring junior developers, and delivering scalable digital tools. Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure PowerApps applications tailored to business requirements. - Design and implement advanced Power Automate workflows to automate business operations and improve process efficiency. - Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Lead technical discussions and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements. - Provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team. - Ensure best practices in solution design, security, and governance across Power Platform implementations. - Document system architecture, workflows, and reusable components.
