As an IT Asset Management Lead at EY, you will be responsible for managing the enterprise IT hardware asset lifecycle for all Global Delivery Service (GDS) centers worldwide. This includes planning, acquiring, deploying, managing, auditing, and retiring end user assets such as Notebooks, Desktops, Macs, Printers, Audio/Visual equipment, Monitors, and Peripherals. Your role will involve strategic thinking, financial acumen, process excellence, and strong business partnership and vendor management skills. You will drive change, consolidation, and service improvement in a dynamic and diverse environment. Your key responsibilities will include re-imagining the ITAM delivery model, developing and maintaining a roadmap for end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate ITAM operations, ensuring quality control of entity IT assets, owning KPI metrics related to ITAM, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing hardware refresh/upgrade programs, overseeing vendor engagements, and representing ITAM strategy in steering committee meetings. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to define asset management policies, financial management experience, technology understanding, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to manage a large cross-cultural team. You must also possess strong organizational, analytic, problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of work experience in multi-country teams, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, certification in ITIL & IT Asset Management, and experience in IT Asset Management or supply chain management.
