Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the EPIC team and enterprise product teams to provision and automate infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments. Provide Level 1 and 2 operational support, including troubleshooting, validating infrastructure automation tools, and conducting disaster recovery (DR) drills. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure effective monitoring and alerting. Assist in creating and managing technical specifications and solution designs aligned with IT architecture standards. Participate in solution validation, testing, and formal design/code reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Support the development of runbooks, standards, and procedures for infrastructure and application support. Responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring. Certifications (preferred but not required): AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional Core Competencies Customer Focus: Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. Data & Solution Modeling: Develops models and documentation to support infrastructure and application design. Qualifications Skills and Experience Required Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Proficiency in infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or AWS CloudWatch. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices. Preferred Exposure to IT infrastructure architecture, system administration, networking, databases, and security.
