IT Support Technician - I

• Provide technical support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for users through various channels.
• System and software management: Install, configure, and update computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• User support and onboarding: Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and guide users on how to operate new equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolution: Research solutions, ask targeted questions to understand the root cause of a problem, and follow a series of actions to fix it.
• Ticket management: Log all service requests, track their status, and update tickets with problem details and resolutions.
• Escalate issues: Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support or to external vendors.
• Maintain documentation: Create and maintain a knowledge base with accurate information on common issues and solutions.
• Monitor and maintain systems: Ensure computer systems and networks are running smoothly and conduct regular maintenance.
• Server support: Work with servers, dialer, networks, and potentially other related technologies like VoIP, firewalls, and VPNs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
