IT Support Officer

Job Summary:
Amity Global Business School is looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage campus IT infrastructure, networking, computer labs, IT support services, and technology systems to ensure smooth academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage campus IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and computer systems.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of computer labs, classroom IT equipment, projectors, and audio-visual systems.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage IT assets, software installations, licenses, and inventory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and internet connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with IT policies.
• Support online classes, digital learning platforms, ERP/LMS, and other academic IT systems.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and service reports.
• Supervise IT support staff and coordinate with the central IT team, wherever required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an educational institution, university, or business school.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in managing IT operations in a university, college, B-school, or educational campus.

Job Location: Amity Global Business School, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
