IT Support Intern

Position : Marketing Intern

Location : Gurugram

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Support installation, setup, and troubleshooting of computers and operating systems.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, networking, and software issues.
• Support in user account management, email setup, and access permissions.
• Assist in basic virtualization tasks such as VM monitoring and resource allocation.
• Help maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and IT security checks.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Support the IT team in preparing reports and monitoring system performance.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
